To Complement your life means to enhance and support who you already are by adding something meaningful, without the belief that anything is broken or missing.

At Complement Your Life, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being by providing guidance, support and practical strategies tailored to their unique needs. Using my nursing expertise, I aim to be a trusted listener, resource and educator- helping you feel heard, understood and equipped to navigate ADHD, HSP traits and general health challenges.
I am a registered nurse with a career spanning since 2013, primarily focused on surgery, leadership, women's health and outpatient clinics. My professional experience has given me a strong foundation in health, wellness and patient-centered care and has shaped how I approach supporting others.
Alongside my professional work, my own life experiences- becoming a parent, navigating personal health and learning about ADHD and high sensitivity- drew me to a path where I could make a meaningful impact in people's daily lives. I realized that I wanted to combine my nursing knowledge with empathy, lived experience and practical guidance to help individuals who may feel overlooked, overwhelmed or unsure where to turn.
This led to the creation of Complement Your Life, where I focus on providing support, tools and guidance for people navigating ADHD, high sensitivity, women's wellness and every day health challenges. My goal is to be a steady, knowledgeable presence- a listener, a resource and a bridge-helping clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful steps toward well-being, even if access to other services is limited.
In addition to consulting, I enjoy traveling, dance fitness, cooking, writing and coffee (of course). I'm honored to be a part of your journey and look forward to supporting you in a way that feels both practical and compassionate.
